Delivery Details – Terms & Conditions
It is your responsibility to ensure all delivery address/details for the recipient given are correct. Wishing Well Flowers cannot accept any responsibility or costs for non-delivery to the intended recipient or losses in such circumstances.
Ensuring that the recipient is going to be at the delivery address, on the day of delivery, remains the responsibility of the sender. Wishing Well Flowers cannot accept responsibility or costs incurred in such circumstances of non-delivery.
Delivery will be made on the day requested, and every effort will be made to comply with preferred time requests.
Funeral deliveries will of course be made to specific times, provided such times are specified with the order, along with all relevant details of the deceased, funeral home, address, date and time of funeral. A phone number for a relative is often useful.
Special conditions apply to deliveries to certain hospital wards with some wards having a no flower policy. Please contact us if there are any doubts.
Prices do not include the delivery fee.

If you need to contact us within NZ, call us on 06 278 1322 Monday – Friday 8.30 AM – 5.00 PM.. We are closed on Saturdays.
Our target response for replying to your emails is 24 hours however, in practice, this is usually just a few hours but can be longer around the peak ordering periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter and Christmas.
General Terms and conditions
Wishing Well Flowers guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every order. Each bouquet or arrangement delivered by Wishing Well Flowers has been created by a professional qualified florist.
Whilst we endeavor to only show items on the website that are in stock, goods are subject to availability. If the flowers that we have received are not up to our high standards, we reserve the right to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.
Wishing Well Flowers prides itself on its excellent reputation for customer satisfaction and service, and we want you to be satisfied with the product you receive. If you have any complaints with the product you have received, then please notify us within 48 hours. We will investigate your complaint and when found to be genuine, a replacement or refund given.
Wishing Well Flowers will not accept complaints after 7 days of the delivery date, owing to the perishable nature of the goods.

All designs depicted are a guide to the style of flowers, fruits, gourmet foods, containers and luxury goods that will be delivered. These products may vary according to regional and seasonal availability, or when they do not meet our standards. In these cases, we will substitute product of a similar style, quality and value to enable us to fulfil your order
We are not a licensed florist and are therefore unable to provide alcohol in our gift baskets.
